Our expertise in the real estate industry is in all key aspects of the development business, including land use and planning, construction, sales and leasing, and property management of over 650 apartment rental units, 200 condominium units and building several single family homes.

Our experience includes single family residential subdivisions, townhouse condominiums, multi-family apartments, retail and commercial buildings.

Talbot

Talbot Street London, ON

Assembly of 11 downtown properties for a total of 1.5 acres creating a very exciting core area development site. After assembling the properties, Rhemm Properties worked with the city planning office, politicians, and heritage community to come up with the largest and most exciting downtown residential developments.

The development is a combination of one 40 storey residential tower, one 29 storey residential tower, joined by a 9 storey residential tower. In total there are 652 apartments, 30,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and over 700 underground parking spaces. Careful attention was paid to the heritage properties on site. One heritage building remained in suite and was incorporated into the development. Other buildings which were too dilapidated to be used are being rebuilt into lobby of the development. This project is currently under construction.

Port Stanley

Port Stanley, ON

A truly unique development on a unique site. At the turn of the twentieth century Port Stanley was a booming place with the London and Port Stanley Railway and the famous Stork Club on the main beach drawing tourist from near and far.

The main beach had been privately owned from waters edge to the street even though it had been used by the public. Working with the municipal government a development plan was worked out giving over half of the privately owned beach to the municipality. In 1986 Rhemm Properties launched the first major development in Port Stanley with the development of townhouse condominiums and single family homes on the remaining main beach.

Built on concrete stilts these condominiums embraced their natural surroundings and unique building challenges setting the stage for a rejuvenation of Port Stanley.

From the 1950’s to the 1970’s the area declined with the eventual destruction by fire of the famous Stork Club.

Oxford Medical Centre

London. ON

A 40,000 sq. ft. medical building with 2 levels of underground parking. Oxford Medical Centre serves the unique needs of a varied group of medical practitioners with on site walk-in clinic, pharmacy, and laboratories.

Pickering

Pickering, ON

Rhemm worked with the municipality and neighbourhood groups to satisfy all planning, servicing and development issues to bring this 25 unit single family development to market.

Richmond Lane

London, ON

Rejuvenating a downtown gas station into a trendy retail boutique development, this property filled a hole on the stylish Richmond Row shopping district with 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 60 car parking.

Second Street

London, ON

45 unit townhouse rental development built near the Fanshawe College Campus.

Albert Street

London, ON

A very creative downtown in-fill project. Six buildings sit atop an underground parking garage. The buildings are split into 4 two storey units. All buildings have a basement going into the underground parking garage providing owners with direct entry into their home and no common area corridors.

The top of the parking garage is waterproofed and extensively landscaped. Units in this development are highly sought after and when they do come up for resale are quickly purchased
